We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you believe your item has an issue, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.
All items should be inspected upon collection or delivery. Once goods have left our premises in good condition, responsibility for safe transport, storage, and installation rests with the purchaser.
